Firmly wrap around or place strips over the affected area, using the central yellow line as a guide for even compression.
For skin protection, stability and maximun compression, we recommend using the UTB method:
Underwrap: Use Elastoplast Pre-Taping Underwrap to protect skin.
Tape: Use Elastoplast Rigid Strapping Tape for stability to prevent and treat injury.
Bandage: Overwrap Elastic Adhesive Bandage for strong compression and extra support
This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause an allergic reaction. To avoid circulation problems, do not apply bandage too tightly. If numbness and tingling result, remove bandage and re-apply with reduced tightness. If sprain or strain is severe, seek medical advice.
